Physical items such as printed workbooks or branded materials are available for purchase. Delivery times vary by location.

3. Payment Terms

By purchasing any service, info product, or good from FinbaseLine, you agree to settle the charges using valid payment methods. All fees are stated in your local currency and exclude applicable duties.

4. Refund Policy

At FinbaseLine, we aim to maintain satisfaction across our offerings. Refund and transfer options differ by type:

4.1 Services

Subscription Plans: You may request a pro rata refund for unused portions within 14 days of the first payment. Alternatively, you may transfer your plan to another user at no extra charge.
One-time Setup Packages: Due to the resources allocated, these are non-refundable once activated. This ensures dedicated support and customization for each user.

4.2 Info Products

Digital Guides and Templates: Full refunds are available within 7 days of download if you have not accessed or saved any files.
Webinars and Recorded Workshops: Accessed recordings are not eligible for a refund after the session start time.

4.3 Goods

Physical Items: You may ship back unopened goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Shipping charges for shipping back are the purchaser’s responsibility.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If the original method is unavailable, we will offer a bank cheque or digital coupon equal to the refunded amount.
